Scheduler Configuration Overview

Follow this guide to understand Default's Scheduler capabilities.

Scheduler in Workflows

Scheduler can be embedded on your website via Workflow Builder. Simply drag and drop the Display Scheduler node onto a canvas, set members, and add an event type and you're ready to schedule meetings.

Workflow-based Scheduler can run Meeting-booked and Meeting-not-booked actions. Learn more about Outcome-dependent Nodes here.

Events

Navigate here to learn more about how to configure your first event.

Each event has a unique scheduling link.

Navigate to Event Types, click the "Copy link for..." button, and select an individual or a queue that should receive a meeting.

Queues

Queues distribute meetings to users with set priority by maximizing availability or fairness.

  • Maximize availability: the prospect picks the time slot first, and then the meeting is round-robin between reps that have that availability.

  • Maximize fairness: this option allows for fair meeting distribution, the queue first routes to the next person in line, and then only shows the availability of that rep.

View all your team's or your scheduled meetings here. Effortlessly reschedule, re-assign, or make notes.

Reminders

Here is how to set up reminder emails for appointments scheduled using Default:

Under Even Types -> Settings: Select the specific event you want to configure reminders for. Locate “Meeting Reminders” under the event settings. Adjust the period before the meeting you wish to send reminders to, and the email reminder copy.

Event Reminders are sent with your Workspace branding.
